We include a 1-Year Full Warranty on all orders.

For a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase, your Tradie Charger is covered against any product defects when purchased through our official website.

How to claim your warranty:

  1. Get in touch with us directly via email at: tradiecharger@gmail.com, and let us know what’s wrong with the product (attach a photo if you can). One of our friendly customer support team members will get back to you as soon as possible!
  2. Once approved, our team will provide you with the option of either a replacement product or a full refund.
  3. After you make your decision, you’ll be given a return address for the faulty product. If you opt for a replacement, we’ll ship it out right away. If you choose a refund, we’ll process it instantly. Please allow 1-2 business days for the funds to reach your account.
